The Spectrum Restaurant is a modern dining concept located in the Park Plaza County Hall hotel within close proximity to the London Eye. The venue offers a fantastic dining concept where a myriad of colours from the hotel's 14 storey atrium blends with a fine gastronomic selection of ingredients and recipes showcasing a high-quality, wholesome British menu of mouth watering, quirky dishes.
Enjoy a two or three-course meal from a set menu with a half bottle of wine per person. For younger diners, a two-course set menu with a soft drink is available.

The restaurant opens daily from 17.30 - 22.30, with the exception of 25, 31 December and 1 January.
