Already own a Merlin Annual Pass?
You already receive free entry to The Merlin Entertainments London Eye, so you will not need to join the main queue for purchasing tickets. Simply join the boarding queue where your pass will be scanned.

When collecting your Merlin Annual Pass at the London Eye all family members must be present or one guest must provide with passport photos of all the family members for each pass to be made otherwise you will not be able to collect them.

We would advise guests collecting their Merlin Annual Pass from us to arrive either early morning or early evening to avoid the queues during school holidays.
