We can offer a delicious selection of fresh gourmet canapés served by your own host; these are the perfect addition to a drinks capsule.
If canapés are being combined with wine or champagne, a complimentary second rotation is offered to customers, allowing for plenty of time to enjoy the hospitality during the one hour flight (this must be pre-booked)
Canapés are available from 10.00am daily or 12.00pm on Sundays and Good Friday.

- Parsnip & shallot tartlet with Irish goats cheese
- Pumpkin, pine nut & sage risotto cakes with mascarpone & pecorino wafer
- Mackerel fillet with a spicy lime salsa on potato rosti
- Classic garnish smoked trout & avruga on Russian buckwheat blinis
- Cotswold wild boar salami wrapped around mizuno & taleggio cheese
- Celeriac falafel with babaghanoush & smoked chicken

- Roasted heritage tomato & goats cheese tartlet
- Wild mushrooms with mascarpone served on chive gnocchi
- Turkey ballotine with chestnut & pancetta, topped with sage aioli
- Rosemary seared venison on hazelnut shortbread with pickled damson infused with juniper
- Shiso salmon rillette on horseradish blini
- Crayfish tail marinated in pickled ginger, coriander & spring onion on a wonton crisp
